Artist Susan Harriett |

Based in the quiet, beautiful surroundings of the Staffordshire Moorlands, with its abundant wildlife and spectacular scenery, inspiration is never far away for the artist Susan Harriett. Couple this with a conservation zoo just twenty minutes away and the springboard is loaded to launch a million colourful, creative thoughts in a young mind already teeming with ideas! Formally trained at Leek College of Art and with a natural gift for composition Sue is in her element with paintbrush in hand. Great granddaughter of pottery illustrator Harriet Harnett, Sue is proud and delighted to find herself with a similar talent, and feels blessed to be pursing such an interesting path which may, hopefully in turn, inspire future budding artists to follow their dream. 1st photograph taken at Dudley Zoo 2nd photograph taken at Loro Parque Tenerife Follow Web of Colour on Twitter |
