All items will be delivered to the customer after payment has been received and to the address specified by the customer on the order form.The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.Please read carefully.
To order items through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for items as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights.
Payment method
Yebofcolour uses PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is a secure payment method, so details will be entirely safe. On the order you must provide your exact address as on the card and telephone number that your credit bank has on file for you. Your order will only be dispatched once authorization of your credit has been properly received. All prices exclude delivery
Availability of goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then webofcolour reserves the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused. All items will be delivered in the quickest time possible. However we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery before the cessation of the 14 working day delivery period.
Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. Couriers deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Postage and packaging only covers the item/items ordered. Couriers will only delivery to the postal address front door or front of premises, they will not carry items into a property or remove packaging or attempt to assemble or hang items. When an item can not be delivered, the courier will attempt to leave the item with a neighbour if deemed safe to do so. Should this not be possible the item will be taken to the nearest Post Office to wait collection. The customer is left a card to advise them of where the item has been left.
Given the nature of the products webofcolour sells, many of which contain glass, we advise our customers to take extreme care when opening packages to avoid personal injury webofcolour and Susan Harriett cannot accept liability for injuries or death caused by goods received.
Damaged in Transit - Time limitation of notification of claims
It will be your responsibility to inform webofcolour immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and must be no later than 2 days. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier. Once the item has been received by the customer any damage incurred is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Returns
webofcolour will not pay the customer’s costs for any return of products. To eliminate the risk of a return getting lost in transit, and therefore not being eligible for a refund, the customer should use a method of returning the goods to webofcolour whereby the customer can obtain proof that the goods have been sent by the customer and received by webofcolour. webofcolour will not issue refunds for any return of goods which do not arrive at the “Returns Address”.
Our Rights
We do not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by the customer once the item has been received.
